Yes, we do! Pet-friendly machines are available at our locations. These are perfect for cleaning pet bedding, blankets, towels, and other pet-related laundry.
Yes, you can! For best results, use our medium or large washers and always check the care label first. Most feather duvets can be washed on a gentle warm cycle or a normal warm cycle and dried on high temperature in our dryers.
Absolutely! Our medium 18 kg washer can handle up to two duvets or mink blankets. If you need more space, the large 28 kg washer is perfect for bigger loads. Just be sure to check the care label before you load up.
Each cycle takes around 30 minutes, so you can get your laundry washed and dried in under an hour—quick and easy!
Definitely! Our machines are straightforward and user-friendly. Instructions are clearly displayed on the walls of every store, making it easy for first-timers to get started.

For the best results, it’s a good idea to separate light and dark clothes to prevent any colour bleeding. But don't stress—our machines are designed to handle a variety of loads with no hassle.
Payment options vary by location:
Hamilton East and Matamata: Card-operated with EFTPOS machines to pay for the cards.
Fairview and Frankton: Coin-operated with onsite change machines for notes or coins.
Yes! Once you purchase a card, you can keep it and top it up as needed.
